The Manager in Training (MIT) position is a short-term transitional role designed to prepare individuals for management positions within approximately 8-12 weeks, depending on experience and performance.

Responsibilities

• Live The Pledge, deliver WOW! Customer Service, and drive store execution and performance.
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations, including retail management, supervision, and policy implementation.
• Manage financials, analyze and reconcile monthly P&L statements.
• Oversee employee staffing, training, and development.
• Manage inventory and lead customer service efforts.

MITs are responsible for completing training and demonstrating progress to remain in the program and be considered for management openings.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.
• Automotive experience and financial analysis experience are preferred but not required.
