Kura Sushi USA is hiring for an Assistant Manager at our Edison location. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, oversee daily operations, and mentor staff in a fast-paced sushi restaurant environment.

• Maintain flexible scheduling to cover peak times and holidays.
