Job summary

Kura Sushi Washington DC is seeking Assistant Managers to lead hands-on operations and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced revolving sushi setting.

You will mentor staff, manage daily workflow, and uphold company policies while maintaining high standards of service and quality. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant or service team.
• Ability to analyze daily operational and guest service needs.
• Strong mentoring and staff development skills.
