Kura Sushi USA is hiring for an Assistant Manager at our Fort Lee location. You will lead a team on shift, ensure efficient operations, and deliver a positive guest experience.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, time management, and development of team members to uphold high standards of service, with flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Experience leading front-of-house or back-of-house operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on leader working directly with employees on shift.
• Organized with strong time-management to run daily operations.
• Analyze guest service needs and adjust staffing as required.
• Mentor and develop staff to improve performance and service.
