Job Summary:
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for managing small driver teams and/or non-traditional shifts (including nights and weekends). The role involves ensuring safe and timely freight movement, load assignment, and delivering excellent customer service. The employee will be trained to ensure compliance with DOT regulations and will oversee driver compliance and company policies. The position requires collaboration with internal and external contacts to plan, route, monitor, and deliver freight efficiently.

Minimum Qualification:
High School Diploma/GED, up to 4 years of related experience or training, and/or current enrollment in a degree program with up to 2 years of experience. Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and weekends. Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of experience or equivalent education and training.

The starting pay range is $42,000 to $63,000, influenced by skills, education, experience, geography, and other factors. The role may include bonuses and incentives based on profitability and volume, according to company plans.

Educational requirements include GED or high school diploma; preferred degrees are in Business Administration or Business Communications. Work experience in management or transportation/logistics is preferred.
