Overview
Tudors Biscuit World Manager Trainees participate in a five to six week paid training program that guides them through learning all of the hands-on functions of each of the crew level positions and learn to successfully execute the management/leadership/administrative functions required to operate a Tudors Biscuit World location. The training will be provided in a training store geographically close to the Manager Trainees location and under the direction of a training manager. After successful completion of the training program, the Manager Trainee will be placed as a store manager in a timely manner contingent upon locations available and an assessment of fit between the Manager Trainee and available locations.

Responsibilities

  1. Assists restaurant crew in the execution of duties (front and back of the house) while providing leadership and direction.
  2. Executing administrative duties such as sales reporting, supply ordering, employee scheduling, etc.
  3. Builds a high-quality team of restaurant crew, shift leaders, and assistant managers.
  4. Ensure customer satisfaction with the entirety of their experience (food quality, service quality, speed, cleanliness of the store, etc.).
  5. Responds to and initiates communication with District Supervisor and other members of upper management as required.
  6. Meet company standards of safety and cleanliness.
  7. Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
  8. Set a good example for coworkers with a positive attitude.
  9. Follow all Tudors Biscuit World operational policies and procedures.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  11. Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Qualifications
  1. Enjoys working early morning hours.
  2. Must ensure reliable transportation to work.
  3. Be able to communicate with employees and upper management effectively.
  4. Stand for long periods of time.
  5. Reach and lift overhead up to 25 pounds.
  6. Work in hot and cold temperatures for long periods of time.
  7. Work around, handle, operate, and control hot equipment and products in a safe manner.
  8. Work at a pace consistent with changing business volume and demands.
  9. Self-motivated and eager to assume new/expanded responsibilities.
  10. Must display a continual commitment to quality food and service.
  11. Ability to learn quickly.
  12. Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
  13. Ability to work as part of a team.

Required Qualifications
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 16 years or older.
