The Manager in Training program offers hands-on training in sales, operations, customer service, finance, fleet management, and people management. This position has a clear career path to become a Branch Manager within 12-18 months. The role supports achieving sales goals and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be 20 years of age or older. A valid driver’s license is necessary. Strong computer skills, multitasking ability, and excellent written and spoken communication are essential.
