Job summary

Menard, Inc Career Center is offering a Manager Trainee position in West Allis, Wisconsin. This is a paid, full-time training program designed to develop emerging leaders for retail management roles within the company.

The successful candidate will work closely with management and store teams to learn about the business and prepare for various leadership opportunities. The program emphasizes a promote-from-within culture, allowing trainees to advance to over 330 store locations and other corporate facilities.
