Role Overview

Successful candidate will lead a team in Packaging, Inspection & Warehouse of Sterile Injectable products. Demonstrate leadership, initiative, judgment, and accountability in daily activities. Possess strong communication, integrity, and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and ensure safety, cGMP compliance, SOP adherence, and production schedules.
2. Define metrics and strategies, coach and mentor team members, and foster a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.
3. Troubleshoot production issues, lead efficiency and quality improvements, and support Operational Excellence initiatives.
4. Develop strategies for process performance, analyze manufacturing data, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet objectives.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years experience, or Master’s with 2+ years, or PhD with no experience, or Associate’s with 8+ years, or High School diploma with 10+ years relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Supervisory experience, leadership ability, process understanding, effective communication, and adaptability.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Work primarily on the shop floor, gowning, occasional lifting, standing, walking, sitting. Must NOT be allergic to Penicillin.

Work Schedule & Travel

• Second shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm), with possible weekend, holiday, or shift changes. Limited travel may be required.

Additional Details

Application deadline: 5/12/25. Location: On-Premise. Relocation support available. Salary range: $102,900 - $171,500 plus bonuses and benefits.
