As a Manager Technology specializing in Endur, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Endur solutions for our clients in the energy and commodities trading sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions that meet business needs and regulatory requirements.

Your Impact

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Endur solutions to support trading, risk management, and operations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal risk management policies.
• Optimize Endur configurations and workflows to improve system performance and efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on Endur architecture, integration, and customization.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Endur with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, risk management, and reporting tools.

• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Endur and energy trading technology.

Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in technology consulting, with a focus on Endur implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of Endur architecture, modules, and functionalities.
• Experience in Endur configuration, customization, and integration with third-party systems.
• Hands-on experience with Endur scripting, SQL, and database management.
• Strong understanding of energy and commodities trading, including risk management and regulatory compliance.

Pay Range: $155,000 - $200,000
