Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Endur Business Analyst with 10+ years of Endur experience to design, configure, and implement Endur modules for front-, middle-, and back-office workflows in energy trading environments.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Technology, Trading, and Risk teams to translate requirements into functional specifications, lead testing, and ensure successful adoption through structured OCM activities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Endur experience, with direct experience building and configuring Endur especially on Trading manager, market manager and GMotion.
• Strong functional understanding of: Trading, Scheduling, Risk.
• Experience working in Front Office environments supporting trading, scheduling, risk, P&L, and operational controls.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end system enhancements in Endur, including design, configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities, including change‑impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, business readiness, communications, training needs, and user adoption.
• Strong understanding of the energy trading lifecycle across physical and financial commodities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, and hands-on build/configuration of Endur modules to support front-, middle-, and back-office workflows.
• Collaborate with Front Office teams to define and enhance processes related to deal modeling, deal capture/configuration, and trading module configuration.
• Work with Technology, Trading, and Risk stakeholders to translate business requirements into Endur specifications.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and new integration initiatives across trading, risk, and settlement systems.
• Perform detailed data analysis, workflow mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Conduct testing (SIT/UAT), documentation, and user support for newly deployed Endur features.

Overview

Senior Endur Business Analyst

We are seeking a Sr. Endur Business Analyst with hands-on expertise building and configuring Endur. This role sits within the Front Office and requires strong proficiency in Deal modeling, deal capture/configuration, Trading module, Curve setup, and valuation. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry experience in Oil & Gas, Power, or Energy markets and a proven ability to deliver scalable Endur solutions in complex trading environments. Power is the preferred experience.

Your Impact

• Lead the analysis, design, and hands‑on build/configuration of Endur modules to support front-, middle-, and back-office workflows.
• Worked on large implementations, upgrades, migrations, or transformation programs may have substantial OCM and process‑mapping experience
• Work closely with Front Office teams to define and enhance processes related to Deal modeling, deal capture/configuration, Trading module, Curve setup, and valuation functionality.
• Collaborate with Technology, Trading, and Risk stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and technical Endur specifications.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and new integration initiatives across trading, risk, and settlement systems.
• Perform detailed data analysis, workflow mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Conduct testing (SIT/UAT), documentation, and user support for newly deployed Endur features.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Endur architecture, trade lifecycle, and energy trading market conventions.

• 10+ years of Endur experience, with direct experience building and configuring Endur especially on Trading manager, market manager and GMotion.
• Strong functional understanding of:

• Experience working in Front Office environments supporting trading, scheduling, risk, P&L, and operational controls.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end system enhancements in Endur, including design, configuration, testing, and documentation.

• Strong understanding of the energy trading lifecycle across physical and financial commodities.

• Energy markets (physical & financial)

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Front office concept (Physical and financial deal modeling, deal capture, scheduling, trader desktops, market manager, and valuation (position and pnl).
• Familiarity with ETRM/CTRM systems and energy market data.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Additional information

Pay Range: $155,000 - $200,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
