Job Description
Bosch eBike Systems Americas is seeking a motivated National Technical Sales & Service Manager to lead and develop our Technical Sales and Support Team in the United States. In this role, you will drive sales of Bosch-equipped eBikes and uphold Bosch’s position as a global leader through best-in-class service to our Independent Bicycle Dealer (IBD) network.
A key component of this position is leading a diverse, geographically distributed team of technical professionals. You must demonstrate strong experience in managing remote teams, fostering collaboration across different regions, and creating an inclusive, supportive culture that promotes performance, growth, and engagement in a virtual work environment.

Additional Information
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $145,000 - $170,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, job knowledge, role complexity, and location. Your Recruiter can share more details during the interview process.
