    Bosch eBike Systems Americas is seeking a motivated National Technical Sales & Service Manager to lead and develop our Technical Sales and Support Team in the United States. In this role, you will drive sales of Bosch-equipped eBikes and uphold Bosch’s position as a global leader through best-in-class service to our Independent Bicycle Dealer (IBD) network.

    A key component of this position is leading a diverse, geographically distributed team of technical professionals. You must demonstrate strong experience in managing remote teams, fostering collaboration across different regions, and creating an inclusive, supportive culture that promotes performance, growth, and engagement in a virtual work environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide overall technical support and services for Independent Bicycle Dealers (IBDs) across the US.
    • Disciplinary and functional leadership of a diverse, remote team of Technical Representatives in the US
      • Defining clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for individuals and the team, closely aligned with business objectives.
      • Systematic tracking, analysis, and management of KPIs, ensuring transparency, accountability, and continuous performance improvement.
      • Regularly evaluating associate performance against KPIs, providing structured feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
      • Building and maintaining a high-performing, collaborative, and inclusive team culture across geographically dispersed team members.
    • Serve as a coach and mentor, leading by example and fostering an environment of trust, engagement, and professional growth.
    • Ensure consistent implementation and usage of HQ-provided tools (e.g., CRM) across the entire Technical Representative team, driving adoption, compliance, and data quality. Ensure collection and analysis of market feedback, monitor structural market trends, and contribute to sales reporting. Optimize sales territory planning and enhance customer service efficiency
    • Support development and implementation of comprehensive training concepts, e. g., training media projects, including creation of training content and programs, implementation of Web-Based Training (WBT), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital training media.
    • Oversee IBD training execution, including coordination with third-party partners such as mechanic schools, and ensuring training quality assurance.
    • Provide on-site support and guidance to Technical Representatives as needed.
    • Lead business planning, including budget management and resource tracking to align with business objectives and customer needs.
    • Collaborate closely with Bosch Global Headquarters and Regional Business Unit departments to align North American service strategy and act as the primary liaison for international technical sales relationships.
    • Basic Qualifications:

      • 8+ yearsof professional experience in customer serviceor technical sales.
      • 5+ years ofleading a diverse, geographically distributed team of technical professionals.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience and success in recruiting and retaining a high performance team and a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse service/technical sales team.
      • Experience building, managing, and optimizing a network of independent bicycledealers
      • Deep understanding of the mechanics of the bicycle distribution channel.
      • Mandatory technical comprehension with great bicycles fondness.
      • Ability to effectively present information and negotiate with all levels ofmanagement including CEO.
      • Enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team with a high degree of personal responsibility and can confidently deal with complexity
      • Strategy development, project management, problem solving, and changemanagement skills.
      • High comfort level working in a fast paced start-up environment.
      • Excellent English skills both in written and oral
      • The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $145,000- 170,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
