  • Identify risks early, escalate appropriately, and drive solutions that protect timelines and customer trust
  • Lead internal, customer, and partner meetings to ensure alignment and accountability
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion and add-on sales tied to project success
  • Establish, optimize, and scale project management processes, tools, and methodologies
  • Communicate clear, concise project updates to internal leadership and external stakeholders
  • Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement across deployments

  • Proven ability to remain hands-on while leading and scaling teams
  • Experience working closely with R&D, Engineering, and Technical teams on complex implementations
  • Comfortable engaging with C-suite stakeholders in B2B environments or Command Staff in B2G/Public Safety organizations
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and customer insights to guide decisions
  • Experience in implementing AI, tools, processes and templates to help the team scale, improve and be more efficient
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, startup environment
  • Willingness to travel domestically as needed (up to 10%)
