About The Role
The Defense Mission and Health Solutions team, Benefits, Claims & Integrity Solutions Operating Unit seeks an IT Director to support our Health and Human Services (HHS) and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) customer delivery and be part of the leadership for CMS Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO) initiatives. The IT Director will lead technology operations, strategy, and modernization efforts supporting our Eligibility Support programs. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of secure, reliable, and scalable IT services that enable case processing, customer service operations, and mission‑critical human services programs for our government customers. You will partner with program leadership, state and federal stakeholders, and cross‑functional Peraton teams to ensure that systems, infrastructure, and applications effectively support eligibility determination, enrollment, and ongoing case management functions.

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
