Ladders is seeking a Manager, Technical Program Management- Data Center Delivery to lead planning and execution of large-scale data center builds. This role will manage a small team of program managers, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure steady progress across multiple deployment efforts in a remote setting.

You will drive delivery discipline, establish best practices, and communicate with executives to align on milestones.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Program Management experience in technical or infrastructure-focused organizations.
• 2+ years of formal people management experience leading Program Managers or Project Managers.
• Expert proficiency in Smartsheet and Jira Plans for managing multi-program portfolios.
• Proven ability to balance executive leadership with hands-on program execution.
• Strong understanding of global data center deployments and AI/Cloud infrastructure requirements.
• Exceptional communication skills with high emotional intelligence for influencing stakeholders.
• Experience in change management and scaling operational processes.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Technical Program Management- Data Center Delivery to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead the planning and execution of large-scale data center delivery initiatives that support rapid infrastructure growth. You will manage a small team of program managers, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and keep complex build programs moving with clarity and discipline. The position requires strong technical program leadership, executive communication, and the ability to drive consistency across multiple concurrent deployment efforts. Location: Remote Compensation: $175,000 – $190,000 annually
