The Manager, Technical Operations, DV+ is a critical operational leadership role focused on the DV+ platform, where publishers monetize omnichannel inventory — spanning display, video, native, audio, and DOOH — through sophisticated, AI‑enhanced programmatic solutions. This role serves as a key cross‑functional partner and primary internal escalation point, operating at the intersection of Account Management, Product, and Engineering to drive technical resolution and support our platform’s evolving capabilities. A core component involves leveraging modern AI tools and advanced analytics to identify repeatable challenges, design scalable solutions, and drive operational efficiency across large datasets. Leading cross‑functional initiatives and high‑profile projects is core to this role, though it does not carry direct reports.
In New York, the base salary range for this role is $125,000 – $135,000.
In California, the base salary range for this role is $125,000 – $135,000.
In Massachusetts, the base salary range for this role is $115,000 – $125,000.
In Colorado, the base salary range for this role is $100,000 – $110,000.
Actual compensation will be determined based on location, experience, skills, and internal equity.
During the interview process, candidates will receive more specific information about the salary range applicable to their experience and location.
