Magnite is seeking a Manager, Technical Operations, Demand in a hybrid role based in New York. You will lead escalations for ClearLine, troubleshoot cross-system issues, and leverage AI to optimize workflows and reporting.
You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to design scalable data solutions using SQL and Python, and you’ll create documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.

About This Team
The Manager, Technical Operations, Demand will focus on Magnite’s ClearLine product and play a lead role in ensuring clients using our technology achieve optimal results. A core component of the role is utilizing emerging AI technologies and advanced analytics to streamline workflows, identify insights across large datasets, and drive scalable operational solutions. The role serves as an internal point of escalation at the intersection of Account Management and Product/Engineering.
ClearLine is a SpringServe-powered buy-side platform that transacts across the Magnite media footprint.
In This Role You Will:
In New York, the base salary range for this role is $125,000 – $135,000.
In Massachusetts, the base salary range for this role is $115,000 – $125,000.
In Colorado, the base salary range for this role is $100,000 – $110,000.
Actual compensation will be determined based on location, experience, skills, and internal equity.
