Job summary

UCSF Health seeks a Manager, Talent Portfolio Management to serve as the operational hub for the Office of Organizational Effectiveness. You will coordinate the enterprise talent portfolio, manage the calendar of talent initiatives, and support executive reporting to leaders across Develop, Systems, Optimize, and Innovation.

You will work closely with the Vice President and department leaders to ensure effective execution and continuous improvement across the function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience/training.
• Minimum 5–7 years of related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of common organizational-specific and other computer application programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and influence, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to use discretion and maintain all confidentiality.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Thorough knowledge of organizational or initiative processes, protocols and procedures.
• Ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes.
• Advanced knowledge of applicable policy analysis techniques.
• Advanced analytical / problem-solving skills.

Working closely with the Vice President and department leaders, this role manages the organizational effectiveness project portfolio, develops executive reporting, maintains the enterprise talent calendar, coordinates communications to managers, and supports operational excellence across the function.
