Job Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be a strategic partner, responsible for designing and executing recruitment strategies supporting Acrisure’s growth. Leading a team, you will focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience, collaborating with senior leadership to ensure timely, impactful hiring. Success requires a data-driven approach, operational rigor, and positioning talent acquisition as a key organizational enabler.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the recruiting team to meet performance goals, emphasizing speed, quality, and pipeline health.
  • Lead strategic requisitions and recruit for senior roles.
  • Track and report on key metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance, satisfaction) to improve outcomes.
  • Promote a proactive sourcing model and articulate Acrisure’s value proposition effectively.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leaders to anticipate needs and align recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure operational excellence, including compliance and high candidate experience standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; master's or certification preferred. Equivalent experience considered.
  • 5+ years in talent acquisition, preferably in insurance, finance, or professional services.
  • 2+ years managing a team with proven KPI improvements.
  • Experience recruiting for sales, revenue-generating, or senior roles.
  • Ability to partner with leaders, present, and negotiate hiring strategies.
  • Proficiency in data and recruiting metrics to optimize performance.
  • Experience with ATS, CRM, and process changes, with stakeholder training.

Candidates should be comfortable with on-site work within Acrisure’s South Division and have access to a nearby office.
