The Manager, Talent Acquisition leads recruiting strategy, workforce planning support, and full-cycle talent acquisition efforts across the organization. This role is responsible for building and developing a high-performing recruiting team while serving as a strategic advisor to business leaders and a hands‑on recruiter for critical and leadership‑level hiring.
Success in this role requires balancing talent strategy, operational excellence, team development, stakeholder partnership, and market intelligence to attract and hire top talent that supports business growth.
This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $114,000 - $149,100 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
