Job summary

Inalfa Roof Systems, located in Georgia, seeks a Sustaining Engineering Manager to lead day-to-day engineering activities within Operations, overseeing Manufacturing, Product, and Controls Engineering. You will manage budgets, drive continuous improvements, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to client and internal quality systems (IATF 16949/ISO 14001/ISO 45001).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day engineering activities, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Actively participate with NA Operations and Engineering to realize annual goals and objectives.
• Develop and grow the engineering department through recruiting, onboarding, training, and succession planning.
• Ensure the Product Realization Plan (PRP) and work standards are followed.
• Support cost reduction activities and provide technical input to supply base issues.
