They optimize resource utilization to meet productivity and financial goals, collaborating effectively with administrative personnel, physicians, and team members to enhance communication and process improvements across the organization. The SSM actively participates in patient flow and bed management in partnership with the Staffing Office. They serve as leaders who inspire a shared vision, promote positive change, and model professional standards. The role involves providing mentorship, guidance, and recognition to staff, fostering a supportive environment that encourages leadership and accountability. The SSM is responsible for ensuring staff adherence to regulatory guidelines and clinical standards, aligning activities with the organization’s mission, values, and service standards.

Qualifications Include
