This role reports to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Optimization, within the Supply Chain Operations organization. The position requires strong analytical thinking, sound business judgment, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast‑moving, evolving environment. Success in the role depends on using data to inform decisions, communicating insights clearly to stakeholders and senior leaders, and supporting initiatives through structured planning, follow‑through, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate brings a solid background in supply chain, analytics, or operations, along with strong problem‑solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively without direct authority.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple cross‑functional supply chain initiatives at the same time, supporting project planning, coordination, milestone tracking, and progress updates across inventory, logistics, manufacturing, and distribution teams.
  • Track and evaluate supply chain performance across inventory, service, cost, and network capacity, using defined KPIs to surface trends, risks, and improvement opportunities that affect growth and profitability.
  • Perform focused, data‑driven analyses to understand supply chain issues and assess opportunities related to network design, capacity utilization, inventory management, and distribution operations.
  • Support decision‑making by developing business cases and scenario analyses, including cost‑benefit evaluation and financial return assessments for process, capacity, and technology initiatives.
  • Monitor initiative outcomes against planned benefits, highlighting risks or gaps where results are not tracking as expected and recommending adjustments as needed.
  • Work with analytics, IT, and operations teams to improve supply chain reporting and visibility, contributing to dashboards, tracking tools, and data models that enable timely, actionable insights.
  • Incorporate vendor, carrier, and external partner performance into analyses and recommendations, particularly where outside constraints impact cost, capacity, or service.
  • Function as an individual contributor who works closely with partners across the organization to propose solutions, align priorities, and move key supply chain initiatives forward.
  • Support communication and adoption of process or technology changes by helping teams understand objectives, impacts, and changes to day‑to‑day operations.
  • Prepare executive‑level materials, project updates, and ad‑hoc analyses for senior leaders, clearly summarizing insights, tradeoffs, and progress for different audiences.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field required.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3-4 years in an analytics, strategy, or operations‑focused role supporting data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Experience in retail, consulting, or a high‑growth operational environment is a plus.
  • Ability to think strategically at a high level while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building models, interpreting KPIs, and using data to evaluate business performance, identify opportunities, and support recommendations with measurable impact.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of SQL and experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, high‑impact projects simultaneously, with a solid grasp of project planning, milestone tracking, prioritization, and risk management.
  • Experience working across complex operational environments, with the ability to quickly learn new functions, processes, and data sources.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving and ambiguous environment, applying critical thinking to break down complex problems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Action‑oriented and detail‑focused, with the ability to balance analytical rigor and execution while meeting timelines and maintaining quality.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials and presenting insights to senior leadership audiences.
