Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to identify goals and oversee the execution of supplier programs for strategic outcomes.
• Manage processes and controls for accurate reporting of supplier program spending and community activities in Spectrum Procurement Systems.
• Collaborate with the Procurement Analytics Team to measure, analyze, and report spending and supplier activity organization-wide.
• Monitor supplier performance, program effectiveness, and impact metrics, reporting results to leadership.
• Propose initiatives for supplier development, including capacity building, mentorship, and networking to enhance small business capabilities.

You will be the primary contact for supplier engagement, oversee small business participation, and ensure compliance and reporting accuracy. Your leadership will help strengthen small business capabilities and support organizational goals, making a meaningful difference across our operations.
