We are seeking a Manager, Supplier Industrialization Engineering, Chassis Suspension & Structures to lead a global team of Supplier Industrialization Engineers and Leads responsible for driving supplier readiness, manufacturing excellence, and launch success across critical chassis systems.
This highly visible leadership role will be responsible for developing supplier industrialization strategies, building a high-performing global team, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure innovative designs can be successfully manufactured without compromising quality, reliability, or execution timing.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience leading global supplier industrialization organizations, developing supplier capability strategies, managing complex product launches, and driving continuous improvement across high-volume automotive manufacturing operations. This role requires frequent interaction with suppliers and Lucid teams across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
This position requires global collaboration across suppliers and Lucid facilities. The successful candidate must be comfortable working across multiple time zones and cultures while supporting supplier operations throughout North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
Travel requirements are expected to range from 25% to 75%, depending on program phase, supplier readiness activities, and launch support needs.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job‑related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$124,800 — $183,040 USD
Compensation & Benefits: Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a401(k) retirementplan. Hourly/non‑exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off. Eligible employees may also participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program. Incentive and equity awards, if applicable, are determined based on individual performance, role scope, market considerations, and overall company results, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
