Qualifications

• 3–6 years of accounting, finance, audit, or related field experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting, finance, economics, business, or related discipline.
• Private equity, alternative investments, or financial services experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• Experience reviewing financial information and identifying/discrepancies.
• Ability to build and maintain client/internal relationships.
• Coaching or supervision of junior team members is a plus.

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, financial services, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
• Experience within private equity, alternative investments, or financial services is preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliations
• Experience reviewing financial information and identifying or resolving discrepancies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to build and maintain effective client and internal relationships
• Experience coaching, reviewing the work of, or supporting junior team members
