Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior design leader to drive programs, guide staff, and uphold design standards across projects in the Phoenix area.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage resources, and develop hiring/training strategies to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of professional design experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional settings.
• Supervisory or management responsibilities experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of financial and budgeting principles.
• Understanding of design standards and technical specifications.
• Ability to develop and implement design programs aligned with strategic goals.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• May require a valid driver’s license, serviceable automobile, and proof of insurance.
• This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
