Job description

We're working exclusively with a brand new energy storage development platform in their search for a Manager, Structured Finance. The firm uses proprietary AI and ML insights to optimize site selection and revenue to develop, own, and operate stable storage assets in the US. The current development pipeline is around 500MW and currently concentrated in ERCOT.

About the Role:

The CEO is looking for a deputy who can lead financial modeling, project finance execution, assist with raising future tax equity, and assess M&A initiatives. Attractive start-up equity allocation on offer for this candidate. The role can be remote with a slight preference for a candidate to be in Eastern or Central timezones. Role Responsibilities:

• Manage financial modeling for tax equity transactions and other financing arrangements.
• Coordinate various workstreams necessary to successfully execute financing transactions, including diligence management.
• Provide support to senior deal members in deal structuring and negotiating deal documentation.
• Manage various workstreams necessary to successfully execute financing transactions, including having a lead role on structuring the economics of the transaction, negotiating deal documentation, and diligence management.
• Provide coaching and development to junior members in the team.
• Assist other parts of the finance team as required, including quality control review and supporting development and origination teams.
• Recommend and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with various internal ad hoc projects.
