Agency for Integrated Care seeks a senior strategist to drive long-term planning and enterprise-wide initiatives. You will lead horizon scanning, analysis and evidence-based research to shape strategic goals and multi-year plans, coordinating reports and engaging senior leaders.

International engagements and resource allocation frameworks will be part of the role, with cross-divisional business partnering to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline; Economics/Business Management preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of strategy and planning experience; health or social care background advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into actionable strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage senior-level discussions
• Self-starter with ability to work as individual contributor, peer leader, or manager
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
• Genuine passion to improve lives of seniors and caregivers in Singapore

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic insights through horizon scanning, analysis and research to inform long-term goals

• Coordinate reports, position pieces and progress updates for enterprise planning
• Support leadership with planning, meetings, workshops and retreats
• Oversee international engagements and study trips to track ageing-care trends
• Develop enterprise-level prioritisation and resource allocation frameworks with Finance and HR
• Partner with divisions to advise on strategies and measures, aligned with objectives
• Prepare briefs and talking points for principals’ engagements on a rotating basis

Job description

• Provide strategic insights through horizon scanning, business analysis and evidence-based research to inform long-term strategic goals and frameworks.
• Facilitate multi-year strategic planning cycle for the enterprise, surfacing opportunities, risk and alignment needs for senior leadership deliberation.
• Coordinate the preparation and presentation of reports, position pieces, strategic insights and progress updates to support enterprise level planning.
• Support senior leadership in strategy formulation through planning and facilitation of meetings, workshops and retreats.
• Support with international engagements and enterprise-level study trips to keep abreast of aged-care trends in countries and to strengthen network building.
• Strengthen AIC's resource stewardship by developing enterprise-level prioritisation and resource allocation frameworks, in partnership with Finance and HR divisions.
• Business partnering with divisions to advise on business-level strategies, initiatives and outcome measures in alignment with AIC's strategic objectives
• Develop briefs, talking points and thought pieces for AIC principals' engagements on a rotational basis

Job Requirements

• Recognised degree in any discipline, preference in Economics or Business Management
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in strategy and planning work. Experience in the health or social care sector will be an advantage.
• Strong sense of intellectual curiosity: Having an awareness of the issues around the world with an ability to network and engage individuals to solicit insights.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and facilitate senior-level discussions.
• Self-starter with intellectual humility who can flex as an individual contributor, a peer leader, team player and a manager.
• Highly organised to manage multiple priorities and projects consecutively.
