About the Role
As Manager, Strategic Pricing you will be responsible for overseeing Pricing and Promo Evolution strategy, project implementation and ongoing maintenance and governance.
What You’ll Do
Identify procedural and technological opportunities to re-imagine the pricing and promotion process
Develop pre-season pricing strategies to optimize growth and profitability
Influence key stakeholders and gain alignment to drive strategies forward
Create project plans and manage teams to ensure work is aligned with business needs
Conducts analysis and periodic review of the pricing landscape
KPIs include: Sales performance, Margin performance and Inventory turnover performance to Profit and Loss, and Customer and category market share
Support and execute the team vision, set clear objectives, assign and direct work, manage performance, and maintain open communications to create an effective work environment
