Job description

The Manager, Strategic Partnerships supports the growth, health, and day-to-day effectiveness of the Trusted Partners within Transcarent's Experience Store. This role helps turn partner relationships into measurable value for Transcarent, our clients, our commercial teams, and our Members by coordinating across Trusted Partners, Client Sales, Product, Operations, Implementation, Client Success, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, analytical, and collaborative operator who can move between relationship management, business analysis, process design, communications, and execution. You will help establish repeatable ways to evaluate partnership performance, surface and prioritize Trusted Partner needs, support commercial readiness, and ensure integrated features are launched, maintained, and enabled for new Trusted Partners.

Success in the first 6–12 months will include establishing practical partner-health reporting and operating rhythms; improving how Trusted Partner needs are captured and connected to Product; enabling clear, consistent communications and processes for Commercial teams; and creating a reliable approach to keeping integrated features current and launch-ready.

Core Competencies
  • Strategic thinking and business judgment
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Relationship building and communication
  • Data-driven decision making and analytical problem solving
  • Ownership, accountability, and follow-through
  • Process design, operational rigor, and continuous improvement
  • Adaptability and comfort working through ambiguity
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
  • Support the development and ongoing evaluation of Trusted Partner success metrics, partner-health reporting, and performance dashboards, including measures such as pipeline, launches, utilization, implementation progress, integrated-feature adoption, and other agreed-upon outcomes.
  • Create repeatable processes for collecting, analyzing, and communicating partnership performance; use technology, automation, and agents where appropriate to improve data quality, reduce manual work, and make insights easier to access and act on.
  • Collaborate with Client Sales and other Commercial stakeholders to identify needs, questions, and opportunities from Trusted Partners and translate them into clear actions, materials, and partner support.
  • Help develop communications, guidance, and operational processes for Commercial teams, including processes related to Trusted Partner launches, benefit positioning and client decisions.
  • Maintain a clear view of Trusted Partner product needs, business requirements, dependencies, and open decisions.
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Implementation, Operations, Client Success, and Trusted Partners to keep integrated features on track, accurately represented, and up to date across relevant systems and materials.
  • Own or support the enablement of integrated features for new Trusted Partners, including documenting integration points, confirming readiness criteria, coordinating training and communications, and supporting launch and post-launch follow-up.
  • Support the development of prospect- and client-facing materials that explain the value of specific Trusted Partnerships, including partner workflows, integration capabilities, operating models, and appropriate utilization opportunities.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities across the Trusted Partner operating model, recommend scalable improvements, and communicate progress, risks, decisions, and results to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support contracting, implementation, enablement, and other partnership initiatives as needed, including coordinating inputs across Sales, Legal, Product, Operations, Client Success, and the Trusted Partner organization.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. [LB1]
What We’re Looking For / What You Need
  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in partnerships, relationship management, account management, sales, operations, program management, product operations, or a related function.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data and qualitative feedback into clear insights, recommendations, and actions.
  • Experience creating or improving dashboards, reporting processes, operating rhythms, or other repeatable business processes.
  • Strong project-management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams, manage dependencies, and drive follow-through without direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex information into concise, practical messaging.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with ambiguity and changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare, health benefits, digital health, SaaS, or a related technology environment.
  • Familiarity with partner performance measurement, utilization reporting, closed-loop reporting, or other measures of partnership success.
  • Experience with workflow automation, AI-enabled tools, agents, business intelligence, or dashboarding platforms.
  • Experience developing enablement materials, training, internal communications, or operational playbooks.
  • Experience supporting client-facing processes involving benefit programs, vendor ecosystems, data sharing, or implementation decisions.
