Job description

Location:3 X a week in Boston

Salary: $135,000- $150,000 base + bonus, ranging from 15% - 25%

Storm2’s client is reimagining the insurance market with advanced technology and human-centered design. Backed by over $100M in funding, they are searching for a Partnerships manager to own and grow their carrier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage deep relationships with insurance carriers, driving performance based on agreed KPIs.
  • Identify and unlock mutual growth opportunities through strategic conversations with partner carriers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, and Strategy to enhance quoting performance and partner integrations.
  • Own the full sales cycle from pipeline development and outreach to deal structuring and closure.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in consultative B2B role.
  • Proven success in identifying, pitching, and closing strategic deals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communicator and relationship-builder with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and analytical tools; understanding of P&C insurance economics is a bonus.
