EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's preferred. A minimum of two (2) years experience in a behavioral health care facility, with direct experience in crisis intervention and mentoring skills REQUIRED. 3-5 years experience preferred.
Verbal De-Escalation Training and Milieu Management Training REQUIRED.
