About the Role

A growing renewable energy company is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, FP&A to strengthen its corporate finance function and support continued growth. This is a high-impact, hands-on opportunity with broad exposure across FP&A, project economics, treasury, cash management, financial reporting, and strategic finance.

The Senior Manager will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate operating and project-level assumptions into actionable financial insights. This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys building processes, working with complex financial models, and operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and enhance FP&A processes, including annual budgeting, long-range planning, rolling forecasts, and reforecasting
• Develop financial projections, management reporting, and scenario analyses to support executive decision-making
• Evaluate project economics, investment returns, capital requirements, and financial performance across renewable energy projects
• Partner with project, development, accounting, and leadership teams to improve forecast accuracy and identify financial risks
• Support treasury and cash management, including cash-flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and funding requirements
• Lead or support financial consolidations and integrate project-level information into corporate forecasts and reporting
• Build and improve financial models, dashboards, and analytical tools used to evaluate business performance and investment opportunities
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis for senior leadership, including sensitivity analyses, strategic initiatives, capital allocation decisions, and business cases
• Help establish scalable finance processes and controls as the organization continues to grow
• Contribute to broader corporate finance initiatives as needed

Ideal Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline
• Strong experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting
• Demonstrated ability to analyze project economics, investment returns, cash flows, and capital requirements
• Experience working with or alongside treasury, commercial banking, or corporate finance teams is a plus
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
• Ability to build models from underlying business assumptions and clearly communicate financial conclusions
• Comfortable operating autonomously while partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Renewable energy, infrastructure, project finance, or other asset-intensive industry experience is highly relevant
