Walmart is seeking a Manager, Specialty Compliance & Ethics – HIPAA Privacy to support the HIPAA Privacy Team in Bentonville, AR. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain privacy compliance programs for Walmart's healthcare initiatives.

What you'll do...

As a HIPAA Privacy Team Manager, you will:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on HIPAA and related laws, ensuring Walmart’s compliance.
• Respond to privacy-related questions from customers, patients, associates, and leadership.
• Draft and update policies and procedures in collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor compliance controls, questions, and dashboards.
• Support communication efforts regarding HIPAA privacy to associates.
• Identify and address privacy concerns proactively through data analysis and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications...
