Libra Solutions in Charlotte, NC seeks a Special Resolution Manager to lead the NLR and Insurance Billing teams, delivering exceptional service to the medical and legal community.

This role manages day-to-day operations, develops staff, ensures compliance with personal injury workflows, and aligns with our vision and values.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant industry or operations management experience.
• Proven leadership with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
• Strong technical proficiency and an improvement mindset.
• Working knowledge of personal injury workflows, medical terminology, and provider operations.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and solution-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work in-office in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Senior Representatives, Representatives, and contract staff to ensure effective daily operations.
• Drive process improvements and support department-level growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws related to personal injury and medical-legal services.
• Develop, update, and maintain department policies, SOPs, and playbooks.
• Build strong relationships with referral sources and cross-functional partners.
• Streamline communication and enhance provider and firm connectivity using technology tools.
• Partner with Provider Servicing, Business Development, and Paid to Facility to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor case intake, assignment, and audits to ensure timely follow-up and accurate funding commitments.
• Support staffing needs, including scheduling, coverage, and participation in recruiting.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and track goals, KPIs, and development plans.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions in partnership with leadership and HR.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
