It manages the design and update of software and web applications for the Buyer Cloud App Team, overseeing project requirements, timelines, release process, and adherence to standards and budgets. The role also tracks industry trends and proposes technical enhancements to drive continuous improvement and team expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering an inclusive culture that encourages innovation and continuous learning.

• Manage deliverables across the team, ensuring adherence to deadlines, specifications, and budgets while mentoring staff for professional growth.
• Monitor industry technological developments, evaluate external products, and keep the team's knowledge up‑to‑date.

• Exercise independent judgment and discretion on matters of significance, and maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, with a variable schedule as necessary.

• Proficient with Python and Django.

Compensation
