  • Drive architectural standards, data model design, and compliance with Salesforce governor limits and .NET security best practices.

  • Partner with business stakeholders and external vendors to align technical solutions with strategic priorities.
  • Oversee configuration, automation, and workflow optimization—including Salesforce Flows, Territory Management, Process Builder, and .NET‑based integrations.
  • Ensure proper documentation, testing, compliance, and release management across all enhancements.
People Management & Strategic Influence
  • Coach, mentor, and develop engineering talent across Salesforce and .NET teams.
  • Serve as a connection point between technical teams and business leaders, translating complex requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Promote continuous improvement in engineering standards, automation, testing, and documentation.
  • Contribute to long‑term architectural planning with a focus on scalability, reliability, performance, and user experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of combined experience in Salesforce and .NET development.
  • 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams (onshore/offshore leadership preferred).
  • Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model design, metadata management, and platform limits.
  • Deep experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API) and Azure cloud services.
  • Strong foundation in Agile methodologies and delivery KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, cross‑functional collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer II, Application Architect) and Microsoft Azure certifications highly preferred.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare technology, or patient services environments.
  • Background managing third‑party vendors or development partners.
  • Knowledge of advanced Salesforce features including Territory Management, custom metadata, and Platform Events.
  • Ability to balance short‑term delivery demands with long‑term platform strategy and health.
