The teams span across multiple products and areas to engage and provide value to our customers, starting with the Home hub in the app or website, which expands into the various product offers and journeys a user can embark on with affirm, including providing cohesive user experiences for a user's credit journey or purchasing power with affirm, and redesigns of the broader visuals and experience. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the team at the forefront of our front‑end facing cross‑team projects, working closely with other teams and engineers across our mobile and web technologies, while also evolving and collaborating with every product experience team at affirm. As an Engineering Manager on our Consumer team, you'll help define how millions of consumers experience affirm across our mobile apps, web experiences, and future consumer surfaces.

Employees new to affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job‑related skills.
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.)
USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $230,000 - $290,000
USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $204,000 - $264,000
Affirm is proud to be a remote‑first company. Most roles can be done from almost anywhere within the country of employment. Some positions may occasionally require in‑person work at an affirm office, and a few are office‑based due to the nature of the work.
