What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage engineering teams specializing in software engineering, machine learning, and infrastructure engineering
- Oversee the full spectrum of AI service development, including building scalable AI products and APIs
- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate product roadmaps into technical specifications
- Provide oversight for the application product life cycle to ensure operational excellence
- Act as a coach and mentor to team members, fostering growth and development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or 6 years of progressive and related software engineering experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree
- 10 years of experience in information technology
- 5 years of experience in developing and communicating technical concepts, including 3 years in developing long-term roadmaps
- 3 years of experience in developing solutions for complex business problems in healthcare
- 3 years of management experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven experience leading software engineering teams in an Agile or Lean environment
- Experience in platform engineering and full-stack software development with a focus on AI services
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI solutions deployment
- Familiarity with MLOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire a team
