Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead multiple scrum teams.

• Establish objectives and key results (OKRs) and deliver them successfully.
• Drive improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop, plan, and execute engineering roadmaps that bring value and quality to customers.
• Collaborate and coordinate across teams and functions to ensure technical, product, and business objectives are met.
• Instill end‑to‑end ownership of products, projects, features, modules, and services throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Apply best practices in software development methodologies and developer operations.
• Participate as an Agile Scrum Master as required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field plus 6 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• Alternatively, Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) plus 8 years of experience.
• Experience with object‑oriented languages such as Java, J2EE, Node.js, Spring (Boot, Cloud Microservices), and Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience with source code management (Git) and container platforms (Docker).
• Experience with RDBMS like Oracle.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python and Shell.
• Experience building middle‑tier services in HELIX/ASF/RAPTOR framework.
• Experience building applications in legacy C++ services.
• Experience building batch processing systems.
• Experience as an Agile Scrum Master.
• Experience with reverse‑index tools such as Elastic Search.

Compensation

• Base salary range: $227,639 – $300,500 per annum (San Jose, California).
• Additional compensation may include annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation.
• Work schedule: 40 hours per week, M–F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; partial telecommuting permitted within a commutable distance.
