The Application Development Manager is responsible for managing the technical needs across the PBM Benefits space in the Pharmacy Benefits Management segment. They oversee the development, operations, and support of the myPBM suite of applications. This role collaborates closely with technical leaders of the myPBM space and Claims Adjudication team to assess business goals, strategic objectives, and to develop a comprehensive multi-year roadmap for the myPBM teams.
This position requires close collaboration with Business Stakeholders, Product Managers/Owners, and Engineering teams across different environments. The manager will work with senior leaders to ensure investments align with the enterprise’s strategic goals and technology roadmap.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Hours: 40/week | Full-time | Pay Range: $92,700 - $203,940
This range depends on experience, education, and location. The role is eligible for bonuses and incentives.
