Job summary

Dover Behavioral Health System, a Dover, Delaware inpatient psychiatric facility, is seeking a Social Services Manager to lead the Social Services department under the Clinical Services Director. This role focuses on administration, coordination and evaluation of social work services for adolescents and adults across units.

Qualifications include a Master's in Social Work and LCSW licensure, with a minimum of three years in clinical leadership, preferably in an inpatient psychiatric setting.

The Social Services Manager is responsible for the leadership, administration, coordination and evaluation of the Social Services department. This position is under the direction of our Clinical Services Director.
