Job summary

Dover Behavioral Health System is seeking a Social Services Manager to lead and manage the Social Services department within a 104-bed inpatient psychiatric facility in Dover, Delaware. The role reports to the Clinical Services Director and focuses on administrative leadership, coordination of care, and program evaluation.

Applicants should hold an MSW and LCSW licensure with a minimum of three years of clinical leadership experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting.

• Masters in Social Work (MSW) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure required.
