Job summary

Faraday Future in California seeks a Senior Manager, Social Content Production to lead the Social Content Production Mechanism within GSMC. You will build and lead a cross-functional team spanning content direction, short-form editing, VFX, AIGC creation, and content operations while owning the Instagram account.

You will own brand storytelling, adapt product messaging for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X and LinkedIn, integrate AI tools into workflows, manage external partners, and measure

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social media content production, digital content creation, or branded video production
• 2+ years in a team lead or management capacity
• Experience supporting multi-platform social strategies at scale

Responsibilities

• Lead the Social Content Production Mechanism with cross-functional team
• Establish standards and asset libraries for multi-platform formats
• Own brand storytelling across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X and LinkedIn
• Integrate AI tools into the production pipeline
• Own Instagram account content planning, publishing cadence, and KPIs
• Collaborate with VCC, CCC, and Brand for narrative alignment
• Manage outsourcing partners for overflow production
• Monitor metrics and optimize content quality and impact
