Job summary

Faraday Future is seeking a Manager of Social Content Production to head GSMC’s production mechanism, translating strategy into platform-ready content. You will oversee a cross-functional team spanning direction, editing, VFX, and AI-driven creation, while owning the Instagram account and shaping brand storytelling.

You will drive AI-augmented workflows, ensure scalable content assets, and maintain high output with rigorous SOPs and delivery standards across TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and more.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on knowledge of short-form video production workflows for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Proficiency in post-production tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalents).
• Familiarity with AI workflow automation platforms and AI content creation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional production team including Content Director, VFX Artist, Editor, AI Creative Director and Content Ops.
• Own content production standards, templates, and delivery to ensure speed and quality across platforms.
• Own the Instagram Account and manage brand narrative, publishing cadence, and platform KPIs.
