Job Summary

The Manager of the CHOC Sleep Labs ensures quality improvement, staff development, safety, and regulatory compliance. Collaborating with the Diagnostics Director, they plan and develop the Sleep Program activities across CHOC. They manage quality and accreditation requirements, provide staff training, and may score sleep studies or provide direct patient care. Responsibilities include analyzing operational metrics, organizing educational programs, and ensuring quality care standards.

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum of five (5) years of direct patient care experience in Sleep Medicine.
  • At least two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Graduate of a two-year accredited Sleep Technologist program or equivalent, with appropriate credentials.
  • California Polysomnographic Technologist License or Respiratory Care Practitioner license.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Additional Details

Pay Range: Minimum $90,563; Midpoint $120,016; Maximum $149,427. Rate depends on experience and qualifications.
