Job summary

Podium is seeking a senior SRE leader to guide a skilled team building reliable infrastructure for a fast-growing AI-enabled platform. You will help shape reliability culture and collaborate with product, security, and platform teams.

As a mentor and manager, you will coach SREs, own reliability initiatives, lead incident response, and drive blameless postmortems.

You will push automation and AI to shorten recovery time while expanding observability across cloud, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years SRE/DevOps experience, with 2+ years in people leadership.
• Deep familiarity with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong programming and observability experience.
