What you'll do...
  • Change Leadership: Encourage and help others to improve current ways of working, promote innovative ideas, and recognize good ideas.
  • Bringing Member Experiences to Life: Oversee content, creative, and site merchandising operations to support the desired shopper experience; develop wireframes and work orders; manage site categories, shelves, and experiences using CMS & merchandising tools.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with marketing to design compelling member experiences, lead campaign execution, and shape the customer journey using trends and insights.
  • Digital Storytelling: Translate insights into engaging, easy-to-shop experiences via homepage, navigation, taxonomy, search, and browse.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor performance, analyze data, share insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Project Management & Operational Excellence: Manage business plans and site projects, develop detailed plans, and embed operational excellence.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Digital Experience, Site Merchandising/Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure content and features meet needs.
  • Empowering Others: Lead with clear vision, strategic goals, and effective delegation.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in merchandising, visual design, business management, or related field, plus 3 years’ experience in eCommerce merchandising, UI/UX, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in these fields. A Master’s degree is preferred.
